From private celebrations like birthdays and family reunions to staff appreciation events, school programs, festivals, and community gatherings, we bring the Black Worldschoolers Mobile Bookstore experience directly to you.

Black Worldschoolers Mobile Bookstore is a booked experience, with rates based on organization type, event type, location, and service needs. Please provide as much detail as possible in the form below so we can provide an accurate quote for your event.

Your Booking Includes

• A fully stocked and staffed mobile bookstore shopping experience

• A set of books valued at $150 for your organization to keep or donate to a school or organization from our list

• Custom bookmarks, stickers, and coloring pages for attendees

• An engaging, all-ages literary experience for your guests to explore and enjoy

Service Details

• Private event bookings include up to 2 hours of bookstore service

• Community event bookings include up to 4 hours of bookstore service (For longer community events, we'll work with you to identify the most impactful service window for the mobile bookstore)

• Additional service hours may be added for an additional fee

• Travel fees apply for locations 60 miles or more outside of Indianapolis

• We travel within a 350-mile radius of Indianapolis

Community Events

For community events and locations outside of Indianapolis, we encourage organizations to explore sponsorships and community partnerships as a way to bring the mobile bookstore experience to their community. Sponsorship may also include funding for books, allowing guests the opportunity to select a book to take home at no cost.

We recommend submitting your booking request at least two weeks in advance to help ensure availability.
