๐ The mobile bookstore will be parked at the front entrance and open to the public for shopping from 10 AM - 3 PM.ย Explore a specially curated selection of books celebrating Black stories, culture, and joyโno museum admission required to shop outside the museum!
Inside the museum, families with children ages 6 and younger can immerse themselves in a day full of literacy-centered fun. Enjoy interactive read-alongs, hands-on STEAM projects, and a musical storytelling experienceย with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra!
Come dressed as your favorite childrenโs book characterย and experience the magic of storytelling in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Arabic. Plus, vote for your favorite childrenโs book and create your own unique character design!
